Multi-Entry Visit Visa

#D1-2

If you plan on visiting Indonesia frequently but don’t wish to stay for longer than 6 months each time, the Multiple Entry Visit Visa would be a great choice for you.

Regular process 7-14 working days.

Express process 3-6 working days.

Multiple Entry Visit Visas are valid for 1 to 2 years, with each visit totalling 60 days and an option to extend your visa twice, for a 60 day period per extension. In total, this means that you can stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days. Extensions can be arranged for an extra charge by contacting our dedicated extensions hotline on WhatsApp +62 813 3774 9995 or by visiting our office in Pererenan.

  • If you plan to stay longer than 60 days, it is essential to arrange your visa extension in advance. You can do so by submitting your passport to our agency office at least a few weeks before the ‘valid until date’ stated on your passport's Immigration white sticker. If you don’t do it ahead of time, the Indonesian Government charges a fine of IDR 1,000,000 for every day that you overstay.

If you do not plan to stay in Indonesia longer than 60 days per visit, you do not need to visit Immigration office at all, and can enjoy the freedom of flying in and out as you please within Multiple Entry Visit Visa validity.

We would like to mention here that visa classification in Indonesia is undergoing a transition period. The Multiple Entry Visit Visa is generally known as a D212 visa, although it will soon be given a different name, and be classified under the heading ‘D,’ which will include several different visa types, but the visa will continue to function in the same way. You don’t really need to worry about the name change as our team of visa and business consultants can handle the process for you.

Please be aware that the Multiple Entry Visit Visa cannot be used for employment purposes or to earn money in Indonesia. If you would like to work in Indonesia, please look at our ‘Working KITAS’ page or reach out to us so we can give you more information.

VISA EXTENSIONS

If you leave it to us, extending your visa will be an easy and straightforward process. To get started, all you need is your physical passport and arrival flight tickets. We need these documents to submit your visa extension request to the local Immigration office.

To avoid any complications or overstay fines, it is highly recommended to apply for visa extensions early on - ideally no later than 2 weeks before your visa expiry. The expiration date can be found on the white Immigration sticker inside your passport, placed by the Immigration officer upon arrival in Indonesia.

In Bali, we have two main Immigration offices: Denpasar and Jimbaran. Depending on where you are staying, our team will help you choose the office that is most convenient for you.

If you would like more information or to extend your visa, please contact us via our Visa Extensions Hotline WhatsApp number +62 813 3774 9995 or drop by our Pererenan office in person.

The Extension Process

1. Drop Off and Pay: Begin by dropping off your physical passport at our agency office and settling the fee for the extension.

2. Submission: The following business day, we will submit your passport to the chosen Immigration office.

3. Biometrics Appointment: Within 7-10 days, Immigration will schedule a biometrics appointment for you. This appointment includes a photo and fingerprint scan at the Immigration office in either Denpasar. Our team will inform you of the exact schedule ahead of time.

4. Passport Return: Once your biometrics appointment is complete, your passport will be returned to our agency's office within 7-10 days.

Important Reminders

Express Processing: If you're in a hurry, express processing is available for an additional charge.

No Need to Visit Immigration Twice: You only need to visit the Immigration office for the first extension because they will need to take your fingerprints. For any subsequent extensions, we will take care of the process, but your physical passport will still be required.

Office Hours: Please note that our office is closed on weekends and public holidays. If you need to collect your passport, feel free to come at any time during our working hours.
